Got wheel alignment and two new tires. Staff was friendly and listening. I requested shuffling the tires before attaching the new tires, which they complied with. The job was smooth and precise. Love their tire lifesaver program.
One thing to note is, request for a wheel alignment report before the job, and perhaps not afterwards.
My car got puncture, and I changed was spare wheel. When I hear front staff good service and I pick up my wheel 2 hrs. Quick service great job.
Came in to see the kind people at mycar Doncaster on a busy Tuesday morning. I had a puncture so went there without an appointment. I work just down the road so left my car with them for the day to fix when they could get to it. Went back in the afternoon and it was fixed within 15 minutes, FREE of charge! Really appreciated them squeezing me in as they were flat out with servicing other cars. They really deserve their close to 5 star rating. Highly recommend!
Found a puncture on one of my tyres and I didn't know how to change to a spare so drove it down to mycar Doncaster East where the staff swapped it over for me in no time despite being super busy and without an appointment. The job was done by Alex who was friendly and knowledgeable. For me it was a stressful situation made so much easier by the great service provided.
I sent my car to service at East Doncaster store and after that found out a big scratch and damage underneath the driver seat.
I raised my concern to store manager but he did not want to take responsibility of this incident, instead asking me to send my car to Toyota to get it fix, This is utterly unacceptable, the damage was caused by their staff but they refused to take responsibility. The way it handle is very unprofessional and I have lost trust to such unacceptable approaches! Not even apologetic and offer to fix it. Stay away from this untrustworthy business practice otherwise you could be next victim ! Shame on you all MyCar staffs in Doncaster East Store! Whoever who done this to my car and refused to admin will punish through universal karma force! You won't get away that is for sure !!!!!
The mechanics at mycar Doncaster did an excellent job repairing the brakes and fitting new tyres on our Subaru. And at a very reasonable price too! Would highly recommend them 😁 …
